Michael Pollan again hits the nail on the head.  Being diabetic, myself, I've tried to eat right for about eight years, but have not eaten right, because "right" was wrong.  While reading the book, I've begun changing a few things and I'm already losing weight and inches, while dropping my blood sugar by 1-20 points on average.
