If there was any chapter I thought was too short or contained too little detail, it was this one.  The author handles Phytochemicals very well, and makes them easy to understand, and, in the few pages packs a lot of information.  It was probably difficult to figure where to draw the line, but with so much information coming out on the benefits individual Phytochemicals and the known food sources of them, it would have been good to have that included in this volume.  Hopefully, she will provide more data in future editions.
