The Malkin Technique
I was pleasantly pleased to learn that much of the technique taught in this chapter I had developed in my first year of walking. The chapter is filled with great detail on how to develop the proper technique in 8 weeks, and why that technique is important. I learned that aerobic walking is as beneficial as jogging with less risk of injury. And, uh, women can go faster than men. Wow!
