It's possible to be allergic to almost anything. Most are familiar with breathing allergies, but foods, drugs, even cold temperature can produce allergic reactions. These reactions are caused by your body sensing a "danger" and working to expel it.
Allergy symptoms can range from mild (watery eyes, sniffles, swelling, headaches, sinus congestion, possibly an Asthma attack) to moderate (itchy skin, hives, vomiting, diarrhea, cramps) to severe (extreme difficulty breathing, extreme swelling, coma, cardiovascular collapse).
Sometimes allergies are symptoms of a yeast infection, which is much easier to treat. If you suffer from mild to moderate allergies, it's best to try to avoid the things that trigger a reaction. If your reactions are moderate to severe and you can't always avoid the triggers, the doctor can give you a kit to carry with you at all times incase you need to stop an allergic reaction. It's good for someone with you to know how to use this.
Follow a low fat diet with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, but does not include foods that cause your allergic reaction. If possible, add aerobic activity and exercise to your routine. Make sure you're drinking enough water. Supplement your diet with natural Multi-Vitamins and Multi-Minerals, along with extra doses of the following to strengthen your immune system and tolerance of allergens:
Antioxidants; including
Beta Carotene,
Flavonoids,
Lycopene,
Vitamin A,
Zinc,
