There are many causes of Hypoglycemia. The primary causes are Diabetes, skipping a meal, Yeast infections, Pregnancy, Cancer, Alcoholism, Emotional stress, Thyroid problems. As you can tell from the list, Hypoglycemia is usually a symptom of another disease. It's believed to be the result of an over-reaction of the body to sugars, causing abnormally low blood sugar.
Hypoglycemia symptoms include fatigue, weakness, poor concentration, heart flutters, anxiety, hunger, blackouts, fainting, convulsions, coma.
It seems unusual, but a low carbohydrate diet that includes 6-10 small meals per day is usually the best treatment for this condition. The doctor will usually instruct you to avoid foods that cause your blood sugar to rise too fast, like fruit juices, candy, ice cream, soda, pastries, etc. Always follow your doctor's advice, because this condition can be very harmful. Try to find out from your doctor what the underlying cause is, and get treatment for that. Your doctor may recommend a blood sugar tester. Use this several times a day between meals and before exercise to make sure your blood sugar is stable.
The dietary and diagnosis recommendations above are a very good starting point. Add regular aerobic exercise program 3-5 days per week to help your body process carbohydrates, but make sure you're doing this immediately after meals to avoid 'crashing' your blood sugar. To help your body fight disease and process carbohydrates, supplement your low carb diet with natural Multi-Vitamins and Multi-Minerals, along with extra doses of the following:
Antioxidants; including
Beta Carotene,
Flavonoids,
Vitamin A,
Zinc,

beginning of each meal.
